EEOC Sues Maxim Healthcare Services For Disability Discrimination

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. violated federal law when it refused to hire an HIV-positive applicant because of his disability, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission charged in a lawsuit it announced today.
