FDA's condom standards followed

Tim Rohr's letter in the May 12, Pacific Sunday News references that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the National Institutes of Health published "Scientific Evidence on Condom Effectiveness for STD Prevention," which found that consistent condom use decreased the risk of HIV/AIDS transmission by approximately 85 percent.
