Ex-Uganda VP appointed UN special envoy on HIV/Aids

The United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon has appointed Speciosa Wandira-Kazibwe, a former Ugandan vice-president, as his special envoy for HIV/AIDS in Africa.
