Open Letter Asks NY Gov. Cuomo for HIV/AIDS Rent Cap

More than 100 advocates have sent Governor Andrew Cuomo an open letter asking him to support legislation that improves affordable housing for homeless and low-income people with HIV/AIDS, according to a statement from VOCAL-NY, which is leading the campaign.
