I admired President Museveni's public HIV test gesture

AT a time Uganda is struggling to hold her grip firm back on the fight against the Monstrous HIV and AIDS scourge, a war she almost once won completely, and for which she won International recognition as a Model Country, there couldn't have been any better way to rekindle this campaign than the President himself leading by example.
