Region must change mindset about HIV/AIDS, says Jamaica health minister

By Athaliah Reynolds-Baker KINGSTON, Jamaica -- Jamaica's health minister, Dr Fenton Ferguson, has called for a change in mindset and greater solidarity among peoples of the Caribbean to end stigma and discrimination towards people living with HIV/AIDS.
