The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria disburses more than a billion dollars a year and has likely saved millions of lives-but it could save many more lives and avert untold suffering by re-structuring its activities to get more health for the money, according to a new report from the Center for Global Development .
