Kenya: Foreign Govts Alarmed by Move to Tax Aid

Foreign governments have expressed concerns over a move by the Kenya Revenue Authority to tax humanitarian aid saying that it will hamper philanthropic efforts, including the treatment of HIV/AIDS.
