Free tests, treatment reduce HIV cases

Dr. Julio Montaner, a professor of medicine and director of the B.C. Centre for Excellence in HIV/AIDS, says B.C. was once the most affected province but has now seen a drop in new infections each year from 900 in the mid-1990s to 238 in 2012.
