NMAC Action Plan for HIV Among Black Gay, Bisexual Men

The National Minority AIDS Council has released RISE Proud: Combating HIV Among Black Gay and Bisexual Men , which commemorates the 32nd anniversary of the first reported AIDS cases and also coincides with the opening of LGBT Pride Month, according to an NMAC statement.
