NGO to Track HIV/AIDS Patients

The acting chairperson for the Strengthening Advocacy for Networking HIV/Aids Response in Gulu, Francis Omony has advocated to the different HIV service providers to create a data base that will help truck on the clients who are enrolled on Anti-Retro-viral drugs to avoid double counting.
