Blood drives questioned in debate over Royal Oak human rights ordinance

That's the claim by opponents of a human rights ordinance on November ballots. The proposal would ban discrimination against numerous minority groups, including gays, lesbians and men or women who are HIV positive - carriers of the blood-borne virus that leads to AIDS.
