A delegation of six senior officers, doctors from Zambia Defence Forces arrived in Rwanda on May 11, 2013 to learn from Rwanda's Prepex Circumcision technique, a method effective in reducing the risk of catching HIV/AIDS. The delegation led by Brig Gen Dr AP Mulela started on the three-day training on May 13 at Rwanda Military Hospital.
